So you're on affiliate marketing mission to earn money online. You may get exhausted or get stuck by applying, again and again, to affiliate networks for approving. Popular affiliate programs have strict policies for getting approved and some affiliate programs are easy to hop in their networks.
But that some
networks do not have quality offers or product to promote. Probably, they also
have a lack of products in their networks.
We will see how
to get approved for affiliate networks or CPA (Cost per action) networks.
You want offers
related to your blog niche. Specific niche blog have more power of conversion
sales than any other blog. Because your blog is about some specific niche than
specific people will come to your blog for new information. That drives more
sales. Finding the right niche for your
blog is the important
thing.
Like, in the
niche of health you have to promote health-related products only. Finding right
and unique products to promote is also not an easy.
You should apply
more than 3 affiliate networks for finding the right and new quality offers for
the blog. There are some best affiliate networks to work for like Rakuten Linkshare, Commission
Junction, Peerfly, ShareaSale, Maxbounty.
These are quite
popular CPA networks with the best quality offers to promote on your website.
Reason you are getting Disapproved
1) Website
quality
In terms of
design, the website should clean and clear. Quality content and design have
more chances to getting approved. Make your website good in design and
looks.
Remember you can
apply without website too. We will see that later.
2) Email address
Professional
emails are like company emails. And affiliate networks are always down for to
work with the company. Like Cytab@gmail.com
Simple Gmail
will also get approved but working emails do fast so get a work email for the
website. You can use your emails also.
3) Website
Traffic
Don't apply if your website is just started or have
less content. Lack of content doesn't bring traffic to your website. So apply
after having more quality content and traffic. 100% get an approved from
traffic.
There are still may other reason for disapproving but
without wasting time we will see How to get approved.
Now It doesn't matter you have a website or not. IF
you want to apply new affiliate networks you can.
Just by using little bit strategy and tricks.
Now .….
How to get Approved Affiliate Networks
This is what you
have to do...
If you don't
have a website don't worry about it.
1) Apply to Rakuten Linkshare, CommissionJunction, Peerfly, ShareaSale,Maxbounty, or
any other networks. (These networks are dope!) You will get best
affiliate products to promote on the website.
(2) Within the comment section of the application
(each network has one) write something like this...
"I'm an
email marketer with close to 10,000 geo-targeted, double opt-in emails. I send
a weekly/daily newsletter to my members and include several offers with
it."
(3) Sometimes the application requires you to
fill in a website. If this is the case, use either a free domain (free blog) or
just type http://email.com. This tells the person reviewing the
application you're an email marketer.
As for details,
leave it blank or simply put 'email marketer'
(4) Talk to your account manager! If you can't
find a contact phone number on the network's website, CALL YOUR AM! If not, you're
going to have to wait till they call you.
(5) Discussion with your account manager...
YOU: Hi, I'm John Smith. I'm an email marketer with 6
months of experience. I've got close to 10,000 geo-targeted, double opt-in
emails.
AM: May I ask how you got those email addresses?
YOU: I run several membership websites that offer free
ebooks and daily newsletters for my members. The members have double opted for
my emails and I include offers with my newsletters. (Note: Your membership
sites can be about anything, debt, freebies, tech news, whatever)
AM: Wow, that's great. Can I see one of your
websites?
YOU: "Sorry, I'd show you, but I've had too many
of my sites stolen in the past." or just put http://email.com
AM: That's OK, I understand. Can I ask you how you go
about sending your emails, what service do you use? And do you apply a
suppression list?
YOU: I use Aweber to send my emails, each email
includes an opt-out on the bottom of every email I send. Yes, I apply the suppression
list for every network.
AM: OK, how many
people opt-out of your email each month?
YOU: I'd say about 2%.
AM: This sounds great, what type of offers do you
promote?
At this point,
the AM has already accepted you and is now moving on to general questions that
will better help him/her choose offers that might suit you etc. You need to tell
the AM exactly what you want to promote and he/she will get you started.
I know you're
probably asking yourself, but I don't do emails. Well, that's ok. Think about
it this way, you've been accepted into a network.
At this point,
you can use a website, emails, whatever. I'd suggest using a double meta
refresh for all your offers, but you should be doing that anyway right?
The truth is,
once you're accepted, you can do whatever you want within the guidelines of the
network's TOS.
You are now one
of the thousands of publishers on a network. If you decide at a later point to
use a website to promote offers, WHATEVER, go ahead and do it. YouTube, Social
'marketing', HAVE AT IT!
I hope this
helps the people that are having a tough time getting into a network.
The information
provided should be altered in order to keep your application unique. This
should work for anyone that is within the geographic boundaries of the
affiliate network they are applying with.
And please,
don't go typing everything you see here word for word. You all don't need to
copy and paste to them "I've got close to 10,000 geo-targeted" or
anything else posted above. Keep it unique.
If you get
rejected, get up and try again and again. Remember "Email Marketer"
works every time. So think and write about email marketing and show them you
have an email list.
